The variety was bred in California. It was introduced to cultivation in 2003.

Because of the large fruit it is called "bagel embroidery" (a big bagel). Fruits about 7.5 cm in diameter and weight about 150 g. The main color of the skin is light cream with an attractive red blush. Very tasty, butter-colored pulp with white color. A variety with a similar ripening time as the Saturn peach, except that its fruits are 25% larger, 50% heavier and much firmer. It is a self-fertile variety, it does not require pollinators.
